Some days it was a family-sized tin of chickpeas, doused with olive oil. Some days it was a dozen samosas for lunch. Then: sleep, sleep, sleep.

Recovered binge-eater, and child of wholefoody parents.
People who say “nobody ever binges on broccoli” are ill-informed.

Personally, I binged on bulky wholefoods some days. Other days? Jam doughnuts.
I was bulimic and bingeing for 7 miserable years. I was hopeless, and desperate.
Until the Universe threw me a miracle: I found an old Saturday Guardian magazine under my bed.
In it was a full-page advert for a CBT & hypnotherapy slimming product.
Over two years of psycho-re-education, I set to work to understand the patterns of thought and emotion behind my dysfunctional eating.
I never once doubted it would work – because the hypnotherapy, which I listened to on repeat, gave me trust in myself to learn and evolve.
I solved my own binge behaviour!
To this day, I can hardly believe it’s true.
Was that really possible, with a set of 4 hypnotherapy audio cassettes, and a little book asking me CBT questions?
Well, I played a part. I used those hypnotherapy cassettes like my life depended upon them.
And I used the CBT tools in my notebook for two years: dismantling my beliefs & reworking my self-talk:
My body is gross… became… I really care for my body.

For those unable to attend a live call, the option of video message coaching by Marco Polo, with <15mins of message exchange per week for 4 weeks is also an option.

Calories in, calories out – that’s horribly oversimplified.
